RTN and weird critter...

Tonight one of my acro frags went RTN during the day. I pulled the acro out and inspected for any suspects. No AEFW or red bugs. However, I did find this guy on the stalk of the plug under the lip. It is some type of arthropod as it has many legs underneath. Does anybody know if its a friend or foe and what it is? It is not a limpet as it has legs. I removed it just to be safe.
