If I can use rubber to stop my pump from rattling what kind and where to find it?

I have used neoprene from an old wetsuit before. That was a long time ago though. Not sure if its 100% safe, but it was in there for about a year with no obvious affects.

In Sump pump yes. It's a mag 9.5.

I have heard that people use those silicon pot holders, should do just fine
