Ruby red dragonette & flatworms.

Do ruby red dragonettes eat flatworms? These are 2-3mm long, black as far as I can tell.
I can't tell

if they are hurting anything but my dragonette looks pretty healthy.

Where are the flatworms found, coral, glass, rock?

So far in the sand primarily. I discovered them when dipping a coral I was giving away.

Opened up a cannister filter I was running some phosgard through and there were hundreds in there.
