Good Day,

I have a branching hammer that has this rust colour on the skeleton. Any idea what it is?

Thanks!

May be cyano
You can try blowing off with a turkey baster or scrub gently with a soft toothbrush

I have thought it could be cyano but there is no other cyano in the rest of the tank so it seems weird that it would only be on this coral? I will give your suggestion a try though. Thanks for the input!
