Rust in QT Tank

So I started noticing a little rust on the bottom of my QT tank around my sponge filter while doing a water change. All seems normal I cleaned the glass and swapped them weighted bottom. Should I be concerned? I have 2 clownfish in QT right now and am using Copper Power

Yes rust does bad things, remove that and don't use it.

That will feed algae at the very least if left in. It has probably already added some iron to the tank water which can be reduced by water changes which will also dilute your medication(s).
