RW-8 jebao Pump - controller malfunction.

has this happened to anyone?

i bought 2 pumps brand new the day they were released from fishstreet, have not contacted them yet on this. wanted to no if this has happened to anyone.

my controller setting is stuck on one setting and i cant get it off even if i unplug or plug back in. It just wont get off and i can only switch the S1 S2 S3 settings not the different types of flow settings. its getting annoying. ive since then bought 2 New mp10s and put those on the 65G Display and took the jebao WP25s from there and put it in the 30G rimless
