See most of the green is gone but there are still a light red spot or two it may pull thru. I saw on another thread on here the same thing happened to some one else with S.G monti

Its been about a month an a half and the frag is growing out nicely, not sure what the coral rx did or maybe I did but it wasn't anything different I've done to any other frag, maybe the seasons greetings montipora was the last out of the dip or it was fighting in the dip with others..idk but all is good and looking good!

I still use coral rx and love the smell and have dipped every coral since the same way in it with great results, ill take blame for the mishap or whatever

CoralRx is a harsh dip. Anything with smooth skin can really get irritated by it and so can most corals if you leave them in too long. I switched to Bayer many years ago which is more gentle and is every bit as effective.

I did not know that bayer was more "gentle " I assume you mean on the corals and every bit as effective on pests and inverts?

I like that I can see clearly in coralrx the bayer is always white and cloudy correct? Or does that not really matter I just like to witness anything coming off and usually do see something.
