Now that im on my last bit of larrys eggs, ill give this a shot. I for one was a fan of cyclopeeze. But these Look like baby krill, ill rehydrate them with oyster feast.

Just found your thread, haven't made it all the way through yet but so far it's amazing. Love all the pictures, can't even imagine what it'll look like when all those frags have grown out!

I'm new to the hobby so sorry if this is day one stuff, but what do you mean by rehydrate them? Is it just to prepare them for feeding, or are you able to actually revive them after the flash freeze?

Thank you! Yea my thread got way to long, but everythings growing well. Anyway, haha reviving them, no its odd because there freeze dryed but they have to be refrigerated after opening. Im not sure if its supposed to be that way, but there still moist. I figured out that if i soak them in saltwater, it takes over a half hour for them to start to sink. In ro water it takes about 5 minutes. So far everyone eats it, especially my mandarin. I plan on feeding her and the smaller polyed lps with it

Hey Chris... Just checkin in with your thread.. Can't believe it's 58 pages long!!!
I saw some pictures tonite in a different thread that were taken with the new iPhone 7s... I couldn't believe how good they were!!! Comparable to a $1500 Nikon!

Brooo holy monti grail @Wilsoni whad you fall out bro, havent heard from you since. Put that aside for now, introduceing the most bugged out monti of all, oakleys aka @Wilsoni juggernaut monti. I need placement recommendations before i kill it so please come back to the forum

Hey Chris, I'm back! I spent my summer venturing through Europe which was the trip of a lifetime. Throughout the trip I had very little minimal social media interaction but it was nice to disconnect for a bit.

My tank sitter managed to keep everything alive and thriving for me. The amount of growth I witnessed upon returning was incredible.... I was fortunate enough to have only lost my PC Rainbow due to unknown reasons. (second time this has happened)
On the flip side, my monti collection had killer growth as well. The Rainbow Phoenix was easily 3x it's original size and it crept onto my Crazy T's plug. Fortunately they were within a few mm of touching each other so I managed to frag it in time.

Anyways I'm glad to see you're digging the Juggernaut and all is well. How's it growing for you? I want an update. Haha

Haha sweeet. Monti grew a tiny rim, i havnt had it for that long but kept its color. Good thats awesome, im glad the frags turned out good. Still have no idea where to place, i just stuck it on a rock in my tank haha! Do you have alot of flow growing across it?

It will probably take a little time to take off. Mine is under high light/flow but off to the side of my rockscape. I actually keep it higher than any of my other montis. Is the green developing as the rim spreads?

I don't remember if you target feed or broadcast but mine seems to benefit from target feeding.
Not sure, its the crazyest colored orange id ever seen in my life haha! Where the frag was cut, theres a tiny green dot. I have mine in about 300 par, you had yours next to a growing cyphastrea so i might need to lower mine

Yeah I use Oyster Feast with Reef Roids. Either alternate the two or mix them together. You'll see the polyps retract upon gently basting it
