Sagging/ droopy hammer?

Had this hammers for awhile now like 2 months. But recently noticed the past 2 weeks it’s been sagging a little. Does this mean is trying to split and branch? Or is this sign of something else. All my other corals are doing fine.

Calcium: 454
Magnesium: 1450
Nitrate: 14
Phosphate: 0.1
Salinity: 1.025
Temp: 78
