Sailfin tang

Btw the sailfin is a favorite of mine and I am not a tang person at all. I would have one if they weren’t jerks, though I kind of want a 8 foot then.

What other tangs do you have?? Right now I just have my vlamingi and the sailfin. Love me some tangs!
Currently 4 yellows, purple, naso, vlamingii, and a convict.

EDIT Love my convict. A non stop grazer.

Did you add the yellows as babies??

3 of the 4 were Biota babies. I added them first then brought the others over one at a time.
Cute!! I want a yellow again (trigger killed mine) but Im worried about the sail fin killing a biota one since he is a big dude

That could be a problem. They do come small. I probably wouldn't have added them if I wasn't able to put them in first and let them get to know the tank. Bring able to keep the old tank running as long as needed made things easier.

Yeah thats kinda what I concluded as well. I do want a purple since thats my favorite tang. Those can hold their own so Ill probably just look for a good sized purple and forgo the yellow. I considered adding 3 yellows together but they are just so small and Francis is a big boy!

Found a good sized scopas at a LFS and brought it home.
