Ecsenius bicolor and Salarias ramosus compatibility?
Since they are different species they should work fine together, but I worry they might disagree because of similarities in looks. I have read one post where it worked fine after some minor squabbling.
Does anyone have experience with these two together?

I don't have those two, but do have a starry, orange-spot and midas together. The midas, unsurprisingly, isn't a worry, as he's up in the water column all the time. The other two (introduced simultaneously, as I moved fish from the small display and QT into a larger QT at the same time) tiffed for a day or two, but seem to get along now.

Get the Ecsenius species first. They are smaller and less pugnacious. There may be some initial squabbling, but it should settle down relatively quickly.
