I'm having a hard time deciding what my levels are and being subjective...looking for second opinion on my readings.

Hanna checkers is the answer here. I had the same issues. Never going back.

But your phosphates are high. Probably .4+ and your nitrate is over 15. Good luck.

Ditto. I find the hanna checkers annoying and prefer Elos and Nyos but if you're having trouble discerning the colors at the levels you're getting, something with a digital display would probably work better for you.
