Got a little plunging done today should finish tomorrow need a couple fittings I forgot

I built this last year. Does all my water changes automatically also. Was well worth the investment. Yes that is 5 stages of di alone on my ridi system.

Whats the reasoning behind the 5 di canisters? And why 5 10" cartridges vs 2 20"?

I am in the process of replacing the tanks on my salt water mixing station. I have noticed that many here are getting their tanks through places like Tank Depot, but the freight charges are often higher than the cost of the tanks. After some searching, I found this company and I couldn't believe they were offering free shipping (via UPS). It took 4 weeks for me to get the tanks, but the savings were substantial.

RODI is setup under my bathroom sink then plumbed into the tank on the left with a float switch at the top. Salt water mixing tank is on the right. Pump is a blueline 50 which can be used for transferring RODI -> Mixing tank, recirculating salt water, and pumping out saltwater or RODI.

Let's see more!

How long will ro/di and salt be good for? I'm thinking of doing a large ro/di and a smaller on-demand mix for salt.

Mine sits for a month or so sometimes and I have had no problems. If u r worried about it make sure your containers are clean to start and keep covered. Also if u mix it every now and then I would think it would last almost for ever.
