This is just a poll to see which Salt brand is used by the members of this community.

*If you do not see the brand you use in the list, just reply to this thread and I will try to add it.

I have used reef crystals since I started. Very interested in changing so I'm looking forward to see what everybody else thinks is the best. I'm following.

Todd, I have really been considering the Brightwell, how do you like it?
I would like to note something about brightwell :)
First I love it.
The alkalinity mixes right at 8.5 every time, and every bucket.
There is absolutely no residues, heavy elements or unmixed particulates
Calcium mixes every time at 425
Don't get me wrong I was sceptical at first but now I will never switch back to other brands as this has worked for the system I use.
I employ the full triton method and through ICP testing it comes out the same every time I test.
Couldn't be happier with it and doesn't cost an arm and leg ;)

It's all about what you are looking for in salts
I believe there is no best as you can make any mix the way you want it.
I used RC for years then something happened to where alkalinity was all over the board. Also that brown sludge would form.
So which one is best.. it depends on your end goals.
