Has anyone had any experience ordering from saltwaterfishshop.com?

I placed an order with them on Dec 31st. Did not hear from them for a week so I called and sent emails but got no response. I placed a chargeback with my CC company and was told they had 45 days to respond. Jan 20th they called and said my eel was ready to ship but they were still observing my other fish. I got the my eel the next day but still have not received my other fish. Tried calling a few times but they never answer.

Nope. Not a word from them. Have tried calling a few times but no answer.

I tried to place an order. I messaged them via FB/Instagram and got a response right away that they had what i wanted in stock. I placed the order right after, which was on a Tues at noon. Their site says order tues, it ships wed, delivery by thurs. Thurs came and i msg since i didnt hear anything, and they said it takes 5 days to "process" as they need to verify the funds post before they ship anything.

Called my CC and disputed charge right away.
