that is a good one. you could also consider the A1 or the A1 mini but the CoreXY and enclosure are worth it.

I considered the A1, but I like the enclosure. Truthfully, I'd rather get into Resin printing due to what I'm most interested in making, but as a jumping off point (plus not having to get multiple machines e.g. a printer + a curer) I think I should be able to get myself 90% of the way there with a 0.2 nozzle.

that's the word on the street. fdm has come a long way and when I was printing with .2 nozzle i was amazed how detailed I could get.

I hear that. A coworker of mine did a print for me on his new P1 with the .4 nozzle and I was shocked how well that came out. I print miniatures and paint/sell them to tabletop games people as an "income adjustment hobby" (as i like to call it). But I'd love to get back into 3D design work and start making things that I'm too cheap to buy for around the house, haha.

I knew there was a reason we got along so famously. I'd love to go the resin route, was debating the Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra - but ultimately my biggest concerns are:

1. The curing chamber due to space constraints
2. I've had some requests to print/paint terrain for folks.

#2 is my biggest issue, I anticipate using FDM for this would be both more cost effective and give me more flexibility.

Would love to see some of your work! I've been out of the game since we moved to this house about 3 years ago, but I recently placed a Steamforged order so hoping to spend a couple hours on it next weekend!

a ParlaScrubber. this one has a more updated mesh-holding water wand for more even dispersal of water with less algae buildup. I got a cease and desist over Instagram from Clearwater scrubbers so I stopped offering them for cash; not even a letter from a lawyer so I'll start offering them again when I get my shop setup.
