Have you taken a look at the Quantas? I believe @danieyella has them, and I'm considering them because they also come in a 6' flavor, whereas the Orphek line does not.

These looks slick and have been a consideration for me as well, my fear with them is heat dissipation. The Orpheks seem to be a little chunkier which should presumably help with passive cooling.

Anyone know if those Quantas have daylight nighttime timers or PWM dimming? Or are they just on / off?

No dimming. These would be my primary lights. I really like dimming and moon cycles. I also like 6’ though and if they’re pwm I can make a controller and phone app.

Yes, those are the supplemental lights I have sitting in the closet unable to figure out an adequate mounting solution :upside-down-face: I have 2 of the 4' Meso Blues and holy hell are they blue. Got them to supplement my reefbreeders

Just figured out they sent me an invoice for the upgrade. Paid it and hopefully will get the blue plus sent.
Other two are on hold still till the coral deal goes through. There is slight hitch while I wait to see if the corals pass muster / pest inspection

I got the other two. another blue plus and a UV.

You may not need the UV. The Blue Plus has a lot of purple.

I need to get all that rock out of there... that is the plan for the under 120 tank. Still trying to get that guys glass 29 but technically I have 2 acrylic sumps I could reuse one for this... holding out for the glass...

This tank is the worst silicone job I've ever done... but its only for a cryptic fuge so meh...
and I drilled the wrong side... so say all the scratches on the front panel...
