Sand Advice?

I'm going to be moving in a few weeks and I'v been hearing its best to just get new sand, so I'm wondering what yall think is a good sand to use, looking for white, and smaller grains, not so small that they get blown all over the place though, any suggestions? Also when moving the tank, should I sift the old sand to get all the snails/ inverts out and transfer them? Any other moving advice would be great too! Thanks!

Tropic Eden Reef Flakes is my favorite sand and is very clean so you save time washing it. Premium Aquatics carries it.
