Sand-tolerant corals

I have a jawfish that's just staked out his new home in a rock structure I made. The structure is essentially submerged under the sand and he's built a little burrow from one of the underground openings. The top of the structure peaks out maybe 1/2 inch from the surface and is essentially flat. I'm trying to decide what coral would be a good addition to top of this structure. The sawfish does seem to have a habit of spitting sand on or near the top of the structure, so corals that would be tolerant of this would seemingly be important. Any ideas?

Back to your question... Flow and a turkey baster will solve a lot of your problems.

Agree with above... most corals are very tolerant of sand... good reason for mucus. I have thin sand and a goby that bombs everything. I had acans on the sandbed. Just look for any coral that isn't bowl shaped.
