Sand tolerant corals…

I’ve attached a pic of an island rock in my scape. The Midas blenny lives beneath it and is often seen carrying mouthfuls of sand out of his burrow and spitting it into the water flow to rain down upon the rock . What coral, if any, could tolerate such abuse? Was thinking some hardier Zoas or maybe just some GSP? Would likely require occasional turkey baster cleaning but ideally not something that would be completely dependent upon frequent cleanings either. I have mostly considered “encrusting” growth mat species of coral but I’m open to anything that would be a good fit. I’d say flow is moderate, PAR = 120.

I'm not sure a coral exists that tolerates being covered or having sand dumped on it.
Maybe something that stands above the area where the blenny spits the sand out like a leather coral that's a little taller?
