Save a torch from cyano?

Tissue slowly keeps getting pushed out of the way or consumed by what I think is cyano. I've tried to brush it off this section with a brush but it doesn't come off easily. If there is cyano overtop, then the underside must be gha.

Should I let it go or try anything else for it?

To save the torch and other possible corals you need to get control of the issue causing it.
