If corals just gain that junk from zooxanthellae anyways why is there not more posts about people adding it to their coral food? I've been using both brown and white sugar and glycerine for about a month now and don't really see any adverse effects other than most the nuisance algae in my tank is completely gone. My corals are all firing off a couple of heads a week now. I'm not ADVISING it and if someone tries it and jacks their tank up it's not my fault but for me, it seems to work. I started doing it just for giggles a month ago and I kinda like the results.
