can i ask you how much it cost? because seriously, that's ridiculous.
this one is the Cadillac torch around here. I think it’s normally about $500 but if you’re patient I bet you could get it a bit cheaper. I’m seeing that if you stick around long enough, you eventually have all the pieces you want and you can save up and go for a couple of really nice pieces.

i can stick around long enough, i just struggle with a price like that. It looks amazing

Save up some GC wait for an opportunity. Yeah it’s a lot though. Then again I just got what would be considered a great deal on a baby frag of a Goni here for $200. Some pieces are worth it to certain people. I’ve never seen a Goni like this anywhere else.

Asking this because I’m a newbie. So the die off causes a spike in ammonia I would assume. Is the ammonia spike a problem for a coral only tank or just the subsequent spike in nitrates etc.?
Well in my case I’m hopeful with crossed fingers cause I had put in 8 lbs of cured rock already. The Microbacter sounds like a good idea though.

It's a showpiece for sure. I was stunned when I bought mine, it is so bright it looks fake.
