I recently got SCA50 With upgraded cabinet. But looks like the cabinet entry is smaller than the sump size . Anyone had the same issue?

When you say it doesn't "look" like it will fit, have you actually tried to put it in or are you just eyeballing it? I ask because the SCA website says the sump is 19.75" wide and I see mentions on the internet of the solid wood stand having a 20" opening. It'll be really close, but it 'll fit...with an 1/8th of an inch on each side.

In any case, without seeing what you have going on the two suggestions I can think of are:
1)You may be able to put it in the long way. It'll be annoying, but if it's the only way that fits, it'll have to do.
2)I see this stand (or at least the SCA50 package with the included cabinet) has a top. Take the top off and drop it in that way, then replace the top. It's not uncommon to have to do this. I know I'm not the only person who dropped their 20L into the 40 Breeder stand through the top*. It means removing it'll be a nightmare, but it is what it is.

*Now that I think about it, I didn't do that, I removed (then replaced) the center brace, but the DT was empty at the time so no major risk.

Is there a center brace? If so, remove that. If not, well, good luck.

Stand has 19.5” opening, so no way it will go inside. I tried all and at-last put it in the long way.

You're going to have o contact Steve SCA. They switched stand suppliers and had a batch that were not to spec. They will either send you a new sump or new stand.
