Just a general question. My wife has one of these scented plug ins from bath and body works in the same room as my tank. It's on the same wall as my tank about 10-12 ft away. I'm not sure if this will have any negative effect on my 45 gal JBJ reef tank. Has anyone come across this situation before. Good or bad?

I have those.... things...all over my house. I haven't seen any negative effect on any of my tanks.

Why do you ask? are you having a bacterial bloom?
Lol I love your username.

I have heard before of scented candles and air fresheners causing issues but have never experienced it personally. Were not big on smelly things in our house anyway so I never have to deal with it.

Based on what I have experienced and read, the ones that tend to be problematic are the ones that have some sort of antibacterial activity (ie Febreeze brand).

That having been said, I don't use the Bath and Body works brand. I have used Scentsy and essential oils without issue.
