Back in May my scolly fell and damaged it's self, ever since then the feeding tentacles don't come out, and now it's started to recede. Please help!

Is this all the same time of day? These guys change a lot through the day. Sometimes really puffy and feeding, other times tight up and look rough. Even in the last picture, I do not see any issues of skeleton showing. No obvious areas of decay or recession. I would say it is fine. Just keep doing what you are doing. Make sure parameters of tank water is good and stable and should be fine.

These guys are pretty tough. Make sure it cannot fall again though. Could be bad if falls on a coral or anything for too long.
