Scoly Attack

I came home today and noticed that my scoly has “swallowed” a small nassarius snail. Maybe I should feed it, lol. My question is, do I try to remove the snail or let nature take its course? I’m worried that the snail may damage the coral. Anyone have experience with this?

I wouldnt try to remove in case u damage the coral...hell spit it back out...

They are quite sticky when feeding! Mine ate a firefish, and my shrimp always gets his feelers stuck on it when he tries stealing food.

He'll spit out the shell once he's had a snack. [emoji6]

Wow. I never would have thought that a scoly could take down a fish.

A lot of LPS are piscivorus. We had a small tridacna maxima fall into one and it digested the entire mantle.
