My first scoly, but are scoly supposed to have a foot or a tail? I ask because I am not sure if is just the formation of his skeleton or something else.
Clearer Pictures with less blue light would help. It doesn't look like there's any live tissue on it so it's either an exposed part of old skeleton or part of the substrate it grew on or is attached to.
