I think a fish picked in my scoly and now it's looking worse. My suspicious is the bicolor blenny.

Anyway is there any way to make it better? I tried target feeding but it's rejecting food and itn the night it's not showing the feeding tentacles.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

As long as the blenny is in the tank and it's actually picking at it I'm afraid you'd have to remove the blenny. Scolys can go down hill fast. I'd stop trying to feed it. If needed, give it an iodine based dip.

I already did a 2 days dip. But I'm suspecting it's not a disease or infection. Another coral with the same colors it's bitten and almost dead. I think I will have to get rid of him

I don't think it's going to make it. I saw the bicolor picking another coral. Sadly I think I have to remove it.

Here is a pic in the iodine dip. As you may see. There is no mouth in it. I will move it to a slow light + slow flow area and see if it recovers.

I'm using this old thread so I don't have to open a new one. So my other scoly it's struggling I don't know what seems to affect them. One is dead and this one is going to be...

I put it away from the sand, being trying to feed it with roids. I don't see any feeding response. In the night there are no tentacles coming out.

Any help is appreciated.

The tissue looks like it’s receding. Usually, it’s a water quality issue. I had one that was receding. I stepped up water changes and exported nutrients better, and it rebounded. Keep it in low flow and low light. Feed it 1-2 times a week.

True sps would not like poor water quality. Did you get the blenny out?

Sometimes I think they are a mystery. Have several and it’s hit or miss as to placement. I had one that for a couple weeks just wouldn’t inflate well anymore. Moved it to the opposite end of tank and now it’s opening up real nice. By the way, the area it’s in now gets moderate flow. Enough to see the membrane moving in the current.
Good luck with getting it to recover. Something else I noticed is when I tried keeping my alk at close to 10 it seemed the brain corals didn’t like it. Now I keep it between 7 and 8. Not saying this is gospel but it’s what I noticed.

Nope the blenny is still there. I moved the scoly to the other side of tank. The blenny it's never there. Plus I haven't seen it picking on it...

My Alk is 9 mag is 1400 and cal is 430

The other problem is that I dont see a mouth anymore. It dosent move if I offer food. So I don't know what else to do or feed.

I think it's consuming itself...

It all began when the diamond goby arrive. To much debris in the water.

I have not measure nitrates or nitrites. Because I though the system is stable. I don't even have the test kits anymore
