Got my first Scoly and I was wondering if he's too puffed up? It's getting a lot of light (around 200 par) and low to moderate flow. Temps are at around 78F.

It was in a lower light spot (around 140 par) with a bit less flow and he looked the same. I was thinking it puffed up like this because it wanted more light.

Any thoughts?
