everyone,
my mean clownfish just bit off the back tail of my scooter blenny, and I think he’s in shock. he’s barely moving and kind of floats around the tank.
what can i do to save him??

thanks

A tail will regrow, not that serious. Unless it gets infected. But either way distract the clowns for a bit. I've had fishes missing fins they grew back.

Put a mirror up on the side of the tank and the mean ol' clownfish, and just about every other fish, will focus on that! The scoop out the blenny and toss him in hospital tank till he recovers.
okay, thank you. i just did a water change yesterday and don’t have enough water to fill up QT. Do you think this will work for a day or two?
