Scorpion tank

Hi, I currently have a pygmy waspfish and a yellow spotted scorpionfish in a 25 gallon with 2 clowns and a royal gramma.

My questions:
1. Would a coral croucher goby (Caracanthus madagascariensis) be ok with these 2?

2. Would I theoretically be able to move all 3 to a 15 gallon tank (nothing else) as a dedicated scorpion tank and reduce the load on my main?

I would imagine the 25 gallon is at capacity and a 15 gallon seems small for all three of those fish.

I’d be a little nervous about the coral croucher with the other two, mainly because of how small and cryptic they are. As for the 15g, I personally wouldn’t put all three in there long term. The scorpionfish may be small, but they’re still pretty messy predators and water quality can go downhill fast in a tank that size.
