I have a 55 gallon Clear For Life acrylic tank that I want to put a screen cover on. Has anyone made something that would work on this tank. Being that the top of tank is made partially covered and is not flush, I’m unsure of what to make. I purchased 1/4 inch plastic mesh and was thinking about using magnets??? Anyone have the Clear for Life with screen cover?

I think your magnet idea is a good solution. Just be sure they are coated so they don't rust.

I ordered 1/4 inch aquarium screen on Amazon last week. Delivery date changed to next week or cancel.
What other type of screen would work? Would something like window screen affect lighting?

Check out innovative marine's youtube channel. They have a kit you can build your own and it's very easy. Included in the kit, are some plastic, slip on clips that will hold the screen off the water.

I used a 10 gallon terrarium cover i had with coated magnets. I cut it to small but it fits. Had to purchase another cover from Amazon. Will cut it larger to made it easier to remove and replace. Made insert frame but don’t know if I need it?
