Wondering if anyone knows what's going on here, been very flat and not moving as much aanymore.

Have been in Tanks for 12 months without any issues. Haven't seen any other fish or creatures near it or attempted to attack it.

have you tested your tank parameters recently? It could be an issue with that, or it is possible it needs a feeding supplement.
 
Parameters are stable and no changes in these. Feeding I try to direct feed mysis ect under it wherever it may be. So not sure what's going on. Hopfully just off for a couple weeks and will bounce back
