Seachem Reef Trace And Reef Plus Dosage

Yes, I have to dose K. I've confirmed my tests with ICP. I have to dose 11ml/day to keep it at 450. Otherwise, it quickly plummets to 350. My tank is wall-to-wall SPS, though with a controlled, elevated pH.

You keep potassium at 450 ppm? That’s unusually high. Most salt mixes used for water changes will be tugging it down.

Do you use a two part for alk and calcium? A two part without potassium will keep driving down potassium.

I know if I would consider that unusually high. But you're probably right. Water changes yank my Mg levels down too. I try to be on the higher end of most ranges, except for Alk, because if I take my eye off the ball for a minute, things fall to very low unsafe ranges.
