Does this bottle contain live zoo plankton, don't I also need phyto as well then? It says to dose this bi weekly to feed it however I want live zooplankton in the tank.

If you want live zooplankton in the tank, then seed it with copepods & amphipods.before adding fish or seed your live zooplankton to a refugium or better add diver collected live rock to maximize diversity of zooplankton.
