Seahorse egg dropped

So my seahorse dropped their egg, and I have no idea if it's possible to recover it or if it's a goner.

No, there is no recovering them. It is common for young couples to miss the mark but the good news is that they will no doubt keep trying until they get it right.
 
AHHH!! So jealous! :) This is my next endeavor!! I want a seahorse tank so bad! I am sorry for the loss of the eggs! :( But how exciting!! I hope they have more soon.
Do you mind telling me how big your tank is?
 
Haha I guess I'll clean it up then. Yup, looking forward for them to breed again in the future! The tank is a 60gallon, maybe 20-30 lbs of branch rock, bare bottom so water quality can be easy to maintain. Over sized skimmer too :)
