Seasoned reefers/difference between tanks

1st thought ? skimmer not big enough ? octo 200 for heavy load 155+sump ?

I had a reef octopus 250 in it originally but took months to fill the cup i put the 250 on my 250

I bought the 200 for the 150 and still takes a month to fill the cup even with wet skimming
