Hey — probably totally normal but I wanted to check.
Tank is 5 yrs old, I’ve had the sebae for 3
Sebae anemone with its mouth open for the last 2 days. There were some big changes in the tank this week — 50% new sand, 70% water change, new rocks were added. Phosphates were .8 before. It’s shrunk considerably in the last year with lighting changes. In the last month when phosphates were high and RBTAs were running around the it left the sand and was on the glass at the top of the water column for a couple of weeks. Adding Microbacter7 daily and running carbon and gfo.
After all this change I moved it from the glass to the sand in the center of the tank where it used to live last year ( it’s been off to the side since then) I fed it when it was on the glass last week and then again when I moved it.
I guess I’m worried about all the changes affecting it negatively, and maybe feeding it during this transition caused it extra stress.

Build Thread - Ki & Tamir's 48g Reef
I think its finally time to make a build thread for the tank that my partner and I share! We've had our tank up and running since Oct 2019. This is our first salt water tank and we've made some mistakes and learned a lot! We're certainly slowing down these days on additions, and trips to the LFS...
