Hi, my anemone got stuck in my power head but did not get shredded. I was able to remove the front of the power head, but the sebea was still stuck in the back and I had to cut a part of him off the foot is still completely intact. I’m not sure if he’s dead or if I should put it in my sump for recovery. Some of his tentacles are starting to turn white.

I have had Bubbletips get split from this kind of thing and often they survive, even making new artificial splits that I didn't want.

I don't have a Sebae nem, but I suspect they can recover if they stay out of the impellers for awhile.

Not much you can do but let him try to remove himself. Likely do more damage trying to get him out.

Intact foot is a good thing, damage here usually fatal.

I’d leave him where he is, less stress.

Give him a few days, but if he starts to fall apart, discard.
