What do you guys recommend for securing coral to rock? What do you do if you decide that you need to move it after it’s secured? Is there a product that holds but can be removed if needed in the future?

Can this be done in water? Thanks!
It can, but be swift - and turn off your skimmer :) it'll go haywire with that sammy combo! Be sure to create the sandwich outside of water, and then placed on coral and rock under - and hold for a bit. Ideally it would be placed on the coral out of water but it will work.

Is the loctite super glue gel aquarium safe?

I've used loctite, gorilla glue, and generic gels. All good as long as they are just plain cyanoacrylate gels. I use an old hypodermic needle to pop the glue bubbles underwater so a good bond can be made.
