Please post a picture of the broken skimmer. When i shipped it, i dismantled the skimmer motor and skimate cup. Not sure if you are saying that as broken. Please post a picture of what you say as broken. Also i have attached the picture of how i shipped it.

FYI - I have responded to your claim in Paypal. Talked to paypal as well. So dont worry about the money. If its really broken during shipment i will refund the money.

I have sent multiple request to share the picture of what you are saying as broken. But so far i never received it. Also in the claim you raised in Paypal, i have attached all mentioned documents and email communication you had with me yesterday. Please provide me two things to proceeding further.

1. Picture of the skimmer you claim as broken and what is broken
2. How are you going to ship it.

Further i have talked to Paypal on this. They have escalated to paypal disputes department. Based on the paypal workflow, i have selected Full Refund with Item being returned by Buyer.

Now you will have to go to paypal and update the shipping info of the item and once you do, you will be refunded the money of 160$. As of now Paypal is holding the money for you to return the product.

Finally got an update from Paypal. Paypal closed the case in my favor as the Buyer seems not be legit. I got the money back.
