Hi Rachid! Welcome to the club! I’m glad you are here!

That is a huge common area and will definitely keep it in mind as a possible venue.

I think we need to get more commitment from attendees. If you can help spread the word that’s great! Many people on vacation and what not in summer so not focused on their tanks, I suspect.

I think right now we have like 4 that are committed to attending and a couple of maybe
I just wish there would be more people into talking about it [emoji58][emoji58]

Hi Anthony, I would be happy to get the word out. I have servers people from the port Chester and stamford area that I can see be interested in this event. I’ll get the word out and keep you posted.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
That places looks nicee, defiantly for the future!! You should just ask to see how much it would be for a day , just to keep in mind and also for better planning! Thanks Rachid , I'm also pretty close to you

I’m part of the Hudson valley reef keepers group. If you guys don’t mind I would love to attend. I’m sure other members of my group would possibly be interested also. I’ll spread the word. In the meantime you guys should post on the other local forums

I don’t belong to either I’m kinda a floater, I’m about the same distance from the westchester club as the CT club.
There are 5-10 of us in my area not sure if anyone is interested.

Hi everyone, just as an FYI I’m going to have people over my place tomorrow anytime between 4 & 9 pm (301 Commons Park S Stamford CT 0690). I have a bunch of super healthy LPS and SPS frags that I’m trimming down to get ready for my move this up coming November. Here are a few photos and feel free to text me if you have any questions (302) 438-2577.

I like Westchester reef feast!
Location: not sure yet. Any ideas? We have gone to a number of members houses in the past. Probably have to do the same for a frag swap? I’m don’t know. We need some ideas of possible locations

Hopefully the others from westchester start posting here. Honestly surprised at that others haven’t

If you get a fish store to sponsor it you can ask them if they have space for an event. It brings them new customers and they may be willing to donate some raffle prizes.
I belonged to HVRK for over 10 years and we either held our bigger swaps at a fish store or a hall like the VFW or Elks when we had demos and guest speakers.

I’ve got an SCA 180 tied in with a 60 cube and 55 barrel and looking for an 80 Gallon to add to that. The 180 is about 3 months old but I had the 60 for about 4 years.
You?

I have 4 tanks going right now. I started my first tank in 2004.
I have a 90 and 20L in my fish room, a 14 cube in my family room and a partially filled 29 cube in my foyer.
I was a die hard acrosnob for many years but my tank crashed this past winter from neglect. Now it’s more of a mixed reef with the survivors.
I’m trying to clean up an aiptasia problem in that tank so I can restock. I’m going to try some berghia.
What’s your goal for your tank?

This was my tank two years ago. Excuse the dirty glass.
