Hi, setting my 55 gallon tank bank up. Had it stored for 20 years. Trying to set it up as a reef tank, only problem is my wife wants fish, says corals are ugly. Probably going to have to setup a second tank
within the next year, just as some as I have this tank down pat.

The internet sites are a great recourse for keeping a salt water tank.

I love all the info. I learned more in two months then I knew after keeping a tank up for 5 years.

20 years in storage!? dang, id probably leak test that outside. lol

plenty of great SW fish that can also live in a mixed reef tank with coral. im sure youll be able to get your wife to see the beauty in coral, as long as she doesnt see the price! ;)

I resealed my tank, the only problem is the front glass is eched.
New tank 90 tank is on the list, right after I replace my T5 lights, than maybe I can get my wife to see the beauty of the corals, if not the new tank will go in my room. Just not looking forward to maintaining 2 tanks.
