Settings for kessil spectral controller x

hello,

I just switched to the kessil a360x lights and want to program a cycle. Trouble is I’m no expert and am not sure on what colours/intensities should be at what times of day. If you can post your specs it would be greatly appreciated!!! The default cycle seems a bit dull....
