Sexy shrimp acting funky

Okay so I've had this sexy shrimp for about a month now and he was doing pretty good until this morning. I saw him laying on his side and he seems to have a problem standing upright. His tail isn't pointed up like it usually is and while he is still moving around, his balance just seems kind of off. Is he having problems molting or is this something else??

By the way, can anyone ID this type of coral? The shrimp appeared to be hosting it when I purchased the two.
