Api test kit shows alk between 8-9. Now I'll test tomorrow and act accordingly.

You can double the test for twice the accuracy on the api (so it’s in increments of .5)

To fight nitrates I'm dosing nopox. When I get a fug I'll ween the tank of nopox and let the fug handle them

I have done this with dilution. It works fine. For Nitrate you can easily do 10 ml of tank water for half the increment as well. Helps for the hard to read higher end.

Tonight when If get off work before lights out. I always leave before my lights come on. It sucks when I come home after lights out.

I started at 3mil and I'm up to 5 mil of nopox daily. By the instructions I should be at 9 mil. Suggestions from r2r is to start slow with the dosing.
Nitrates are at 80 plus. With gha growing in the tank.
ALK is now between 8-9. As @Magellan and @NY_Caveman suggest I'll start testing at 10 mil to give me more accurate measuring.
I'll test tonight and post results.

Calcium is at 480 all is between 9-9.5.
I see new Coraline everywhere.

Im going to put in an order for a sea urchin. Ok I need to epoxy the rocks. I already have that. So what type of urchin would you recommend.
