shipping from warm area to cold area?

How would you prepare a shipment if you were going to send corals from a area that is 85 to a area that has nighttime lows of 40?
Do you do a heat pack in the styrobox?

I had a friend suggest using a thermos container. Like the ones you put cold items in to keep cold or hot items in to keep it hot.
Then maybe that in a box, with a heat pack in the box?

I generally drop the package off just before FedEx closes (7:30 PM) and include a Heatpack. My figuring is that the plane is at 35000 feet with a non-pressurized cargo hold, so say maybe 20 below. The heat pack will protect them and they will be delivered before the day has a chance to heat up.

Just my way of doing it.
