That sounds about right, at least for right now. The original price I heard was 300 each and since they've been so rare and unavailable, there's a bit of a waiting list and a craze for them. I love mine, and though I got a deal on my pair, they are the most expensive fish I own to date, surpassing my purple tang. Actually, I paid as much for this pair of fish as I did for my brand new glock pistol (my other expensive hobby)

Nice sea monkey

--------

I'm sure once some more breeders get their hands on these the prices will go down a bit. Right now they are so rare because c-quest went out of business.

I have had mine for 3 years. They won't bond. I gave them a nest from my picassos and they tended it, but they have not yet bonded. Anyone have an extra male? :D

Here they are a couple years ago

Very nice video, I now know what to look toward to as my little ones grow. I also have one that has the ear spots and one that doesn't. I'm thinking about splitting them up and pairing them with some other clowns, keeping them both male at the same time. That way I can alway let one turn female later if I wanted to.
