Should I be concerned with this zoa?

I just got this OG illuminati zoa from TSA and I noticed these white spots when my lights were out this morning. I dipped in lugols iodine before adding It to the rack for monitoring I don't think its pox but I'm not sure any help is appreciated!! Thanks! First pic is when lights just kicked on second is after an hr or so

Specs proclear 60g radeon G5 blue 22% intensity running LPS schedule with reef brite addon at 60%
